Functionality
We've created guides for you to ask the Why, What and How questions to set goals and determine the projects and tasks need to be worked on in order to achieve the results in areas of life that you want to grow.
- Areas – What areas of your life do you want to continuously work on and improve? In your success plan, all of your goals should aim to serve an area of improvement you want for yourself.
- Values – Help you decide the way you will behave when taking action on your success plan. Will you do it with passion?
- Goals – Visionary, inspirational statements that help describe WHY you are taking action to improve your life.
- Key Results – Help you describe WHAT you want to accomplish. They should follow the S.M.A.R.T. acronym.
- Projects – There are many ways to solve a problem. to achieve what you want, you are going to experiment with multiple HOWs.
- One-Off and Recurring Tasks – Take actions, evaluate regularly to find rooms for improvement.

I love this planner! What I like the most about the design is that not only can I see my Goal, Key Result, Project and Task at the same time, I can also see the deadline clearly for each section. It is important to me as deadlines drive me consciously and unconsciously toward achieving my goal on schedule. The Reflection session at the back of each page is extremely useful. I can easily identify the obstacles that I will have to overcome to achieve my goal or measure if the projects and tasks I am working on lead me to the desired results. I also like the disc-bounding system. When I need to re-prioritize my list of tasks, I can simply lift the pages right out of the planner, re-arrange and place them back in just as simply.
