Conrad, I admire your enthusiasm. You've clearly put a lot of thought and effort into your videos as well as your Notion setup. I believe you captured some excellent ideas in this video; I particularly like the graphic you used (three colors) to summarize the essence of your self-improvement process. For myself, I've discovered that the most difficult part of developing any system or process is narrowing it down to core ideas and essentials - getting rid of the excess baggage that distracts or slows me down from getting things done. I'm still refining Notion, aiming for simplicity.
